This project was a full renovation of an existing home located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in lower Burton Valley. The house was taken down to the studs to allow for a complete rework of the layout, systems, and finishes, giving us the opportunity to address everything from structure to flow while keeping the character of the neighborhood and surrounding open space.

Interior walls were removed and reconfigured to create a more open and functional main living area, connecting the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The kitchen was completely rebuilt with new cabinetry, stone countertops, and an updated layout designed for everyday use and entertaining. Finishes and lighting were updated throughout the home with an emphasis on durability, comfort, and a clean, timeless look.

Behind the walls, all major systems were upgraded, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and lighting. Exterior work included improvements to hardscape, landscaping, and drainage. The finished home is a comfortable, move-in-ready residence that fits its creekside setting and reflects Stroud Development’s approach to doing renovations the right way—from the inside out.
