A complete down-to-the-studs residential remodel, fully rebuilt with modern systems and refined finishes throughout.This Walnut Creek home underwent a full renovation after being taken down to the studs, allowing for a complete rework of the layout, systems, and finishes. The interior was redesigned to improve flow, natural light, and everyday livability, opening up the kitchen, dining, and living areas into a more functional main living space.

The kitchen was rebuilt with new cabinetry, stone countertops, and a practical island layout designed for daily use. Wide-plank wood flooring, updated lighting, and clean finishes were carried throughout the home. Windows and sliding doors were upgraded and reconfigured to increase natural light while also improving energy efficiency and comfort. 

Exterior improvements, including new siding, landscaping, and hardscape, completed the renovation, resulting in a move-in-ready home that reflects Stroud Development’s thoughtful, inside-out approach to remodeling.
